Mix was a fitness and nutritional center on University Avenue. They offered custom high-intensity exercise programs, along with a juice bar and fresh, locally sourced meals. There was also a small boutique selling workout clothes.

The business was previously known as Real Life Food and Fitness.

This location is now home to Ruckhouse Athletics.
