The New York Wine and Culinary Center on Canandaigua Lake in Canandaigua features all of what is good about local food and wine. The Upstairs Bistro restaurant provides fine casual dining for lunch and dinner overlooking the lake. The Tasting Room allows the visitor to taste a wide variety of New York's finest wines and beers. There are many classes offered on food and wine, taught by regional and international experts. Various special events are presented throughout the year.
