The server seemed uninterested in being there; hastily dropping off items. The molten was much smaller, each of the rolls were poorly made with the ingredients crumbling and falling apart as we picked them up; we ordered several sushi rolls, they were all rolled this way. Selection of rolls have gone downhill, in my opinion. Now mostly tempura battered shrimp, I would imagine is an attempt to provide cheaper items at the same price. This used to be the only place in Rochester I would order sushi and sashimi. Now it appears I may be out of luck until I go on vacation. --["Users/nightlifecher"]

To pigeonhole it as a "sushi restaurant" is clearly a misnomer, as there are more non-sushi items than sushi. With that said, the food is the star of the show here - creative, tasty and well prepared. The roasted beet salad is a symphony of colors, tastes, and textures. And, as others have noted, the grilled octopus is tender and delightful, but could use a little more spice. The wine list is thoughtful with pours being fairly generous. Our service was good, until a busser tried to take our water glasses from us before we were done with the table (and while we were drinking from them). --["Users/JGerek"]
