Northgate Plaza is a strip mall on Dewey Avenue in Greece, located south of Latta Road and at the intersection with Britton Road.
Northgate was most recently part of a long controversy over development of a Wal-Mart Super Center on the site. The center had become somewhat deteriorated and Wal-Mart had agreed to demolish part of the plaza and construct a Super Center. It intended to remodel the remaining strip mall. An organization calling itself Residents Against Wal-Mart (RAW) fought the project for sometime but lost the last remaining court battle in February of 2009.
