Park Oxford Properties Inc. is a property management company with several apartment buildings throughout Park Avenue and the East Avenue Historic District. Locations include Oxford Street, Goodman Street, and Meigs Street. The Roosevelt is their flagship building.
The present company was formed in 2015 as the incorporation of their six previous businesses: the Roosevelt Apartments, Eastman Apartments, Howe Development, Howe Oxford Properties, Oxford East Enterprises, and Todd & Ryan Howe. The Howe brothers are the current owners. The family has been active in Park-East real estate since 1972.
