Also would like to point out the rather mediocre urban design of the project. For a development that had the full support and backing of RIT, one would have hoped for a better design and not this half-baked version of "Main Street, USA" surrounded by parking lots and not particularly well linked to the residential component, the existing Radisson hotel, or the main part of the campus.
