Peels on Wheels is a Pizzeria that started in 2020 as a mobile pizzeria having pop-up events at specific locations around Rochester using an Italian 3 wheeled Piaggio Ape as its truck. On July 29, 2021, the owners opened a Brick and Motor Take-out restaurant.
