The view was really nice, but apparently smoking is allowed on the deck which really detracted from the experience since we were smelling cigar smoke the entire meal. The food was average, I had chicken french and my friend had quesadillas, both were good, but not great. The server was friendly and pretty attentive, and even though there weren't many people there, there was definately a wanna be NJ vibe.
