Pert's Boutique is a clothing store in the St. Paul Quarter that specializes in formal wear such as gowns, suits, and hats. They also sell "dyeable" shoes for individuals and groups. Also available are exotic oils from Africa and custom-designed gift baskets for all occasions.
Originally located at 55 Mortimer Street, they are now in The 116 St. Paul building.
