Pi Craft Pizza is a fast casual pizzeria which started in Buffalo and specializes in hand crafted pizza using a revolving stone oven with temperatures up to 1000 degrees which will cook the pizza in 6 minutes. Besides pizza they also make fresh salads and Focaccia Bread sandwiches. The pizzeria is located in Market Commons. They opened May 4, 2015. Opened Victor Crossing location on November 29, 2018.

2015-07-21 16:22:20 Nice place, the food was good and faster than I expected. I really like the options available on the custom pizza, that they use fresh dough and cook it while you watch in their rotating oven. —abraxas
