ROUX is a French bistro and wine bar on Park Avenue. They also serve brunch, and feature a large selection of absinthe. Outdoor seating available.
ROUX opened February 3, 2015, replacing Cibon but under the same ownership.

2015-02-15 13:00:45 I used to go to Cafe Cibon on occasion and while I was disappointed to see them go, ROUX is definitely a worthy replacement. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is interesting. I liked the paninis at Cibon but the menu choices at ROUX were all interesting, but maybe a bit limited in selection. The food and drinks were great and the waitress was very nice. This is a great place to take a date. —Nathan
