Red Bird Market is an independent grocery store in Fairport Village Landing.
Owner, Julie Stolze, opened the grocery in April, 2008 1
"Among her plans for the store are stocking fresh produce grown by local farmers whenever available. She’s quick to point out it will complement, not conflict with, the seasonal Saturday morning Fairport Farmer’s Market across the parking lot, noting that customers will be able to get their fresh greens from her the rest of the week.
“My goal is not to take away from the farmers, but to provide an available avenue for them to sell their products,” Stolze said.
