But another nod needs to be given to Gustavo Abarca and the husband and wife team of Omar and Mia Ramos who dish up some tasty Mexican food from a literal hole in the wall in the back of the bakery. I have no idea how this crew can operate in such a tiny space but I'm glad they've figured it out. Everything is made fresh, including the (mild) salsa roja and the (moderately hot) salsa verde. I recommend the sopes, nachos, tostados... hell, I actually recommend everything. I haven't had the tamales yet (they contain meat) but Mia keeps promising me they're going to make vegetarian ones some day.
