Rivers Run Active Adult Living Community is a housing development in Henrietta for seniors ages 55+. It sites on a 38-acre site along the Genesee River and adjacent to RIT. Cottages and one- and two-bedroom rental apartments are available for purchase. Ten acres of the Rivers Run site are designated "forever wild" and feature hiking paths and walkways. The waterfront has docks.
Thanks to a collaboration with RIT, Rivers Run community members have the ability to attend lectures, use the library, and participate in campus life.
