The serving size for lunch, on most dishes, is almost like a dinner portion. It's a family style Italian restaurant, nothing fancy, just good hearty meals. The lunches come with bread, butter and a salad, if you want crumbly blue it costs $1.50 extra, worth it in my opinion. Only down side is the parking, which can be challenging in this part of downtown. You'll need to drive through some of the side streets around the area and have some change for the meter. They also draw a good lunch crowd, so plan on getting there a little early or later if you don't want to wait. I give Rosey's a solid 7 out of 10. --["JasonLee"]
