Santiago Cigar Factory is a cigar store and smoking lounge in the East End. Their "Master Rollers" make their own cigars using tobacco sourced from around the world.
Santiago Cigar Factory was founded in April 2010, and is owned by Gary Liotta. The business was previously known as Cigar Factory and located at 412 State Street. The name change and move to East Avenue was made in December 2011.
