Scratch Bakeshop is a boutique sweets shop previously on Park Avenue, moved to The Factory in NOTA in 2018. The bakery specializes in custom desserts with allergen-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. They also offer wholesale and catering. It is owned and operated by Kate Cassels and Molly Hartley.
