2010-02-14 13:19:52   The lunch specials are well priced at $6. I got the jerk chicken lunch special and it was delicious. The service however was slow. There was only one other table there so I am not quite sure why. I might just do takeout next time. Definitely worth a try! —OneLove

2010-02-16 10:47:07   Stopped in for lunch last week, attracted by the inexpensive lunch specials. Brown stew chicken with rice and beans were both tasty and authentic flavor. Never got the ordered fried dumplings. Salad was forgettable. Despite empty restaurant both my table service and take-out service was quite slow. —JGerek

2010-02-25 16:01:39   I had the chicken curry here a while back and thought it was out of this world. Very flavorful and spicy with a definite home cooked taste to it. The owner is a very friendly aunty type who I could tell by overhearing puts a lot of love into the food. The prices are absolutely outstanding too. I'll definitely be back. This is a great addition to the downtown lunch scene, far better than the pizza, pitas or Subway next door on Main Street, less packed and cheaper. —AlexD1234

2010-11-20 18:08:17   Just had dinner here tonight based on the video from RochesterFoodNet.com and the positive postings here. We had the jerk chicken and the chicken in brown sauce with fried dumplings and cabbage and everything was very tasty and the jerk was quite spicy which I loved. There was so much food we practically brought a whole serving home with us. We'll definitely go back. —JoelCornell
