Sleep City is a locally owned and operated mattress, futon and bedroom furniture store chain with four locations.
The first Sleep City location opened on West Henrietta Road in 1998.

2013-02-12 07:49:16 I think this is the 1st time I've reviewed anything other than a restaurant, but I had to say something about this store. I have never, never seen customer service this good. The salespeople were very knowledgable, accomodating, and honest - even going as far to say that some of the super-expensive mattresses probably would be a waste of money for our needs. We felt no pressure and were thrilled with the ease of purchase, delivery, and set-up. And the final thing - a week after the mattress was delivered, we saw that it was on special at another store. We called Sleep City and they refunded us the price difference promptly. This is throw-back, old-school customer service at its very best. I can't say enough about Sleep City and we will be repeat customers for life. —Bluehen
