He won't let you on the deck after dinner hours (at 9:30 PM) unless you are ordering food. So the deck is at 1/4 capacity, and there are 30 people crammed into the back area of the bar and deck. Also the food is twice as expensive as the food at Captain Jack's, and not as good. I doubt this joint will be open much longer. --["Users/ScottLaRock"]
