2007-03-27 21:40:06 Thanks for digging up that transcript! In general, I thought it was good, but bland. Not even one hair-brained save the city with this giant project, Project. Can it really be a Rochester State of the City, without that? I guess days of multimillion dollar silver bullets are over. —FarMcKon
