Swiftwater Brewing is a brewery and restaurant in the South Wedge. It is housed in a former garage. Owner Andy Cook did nearly all renovations and construction himself.
They opened January 14, 2015.

2015-01-22 11:19:12 I stopped in there for a flight last Saturday, the 17th. The place was crowded but service was good. The beer was tasty. The space is nice as well. —daggar

2015-08-19 11:53:25 Swiftwater now has a kitchen with a nice (though somewhat limited) menu to go along with their delicious beer. Outside food is no longer permitted. —jjjingleheimer
2016-10-18 16:57:18 I've been there twice now. I really like the atmosphere and the beers are good. They also offer more in the way of spirits, and local spirits at that. Cool spot. —DE
