Tess & Carloswas a high end boutique in the Village of Pittsford. Owner Tess Enright, a native of Rochester, and her partner Carlos Pava have other stores in the Boston area. The store opened in November 2011 in the former Pittsford Pendleton Shop. Store closed in 2015.

2015-06-02 07:03:34   My aunt lives in Pittsford. The problem, she said, is that there's really no market for high-end couture in the Rochester area. Regardless of how wealthy a neighborhood is, this isn't Manhattan. —EileenF
