The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester is the Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church covering the Roman Catholic Churches in the central portion of Western NY between the Diocese of Syracuse on the east to the Diocese of Buffalo on the west. The diocese extends from Lake Ontario to the Pennsylvania border, covering much of the Southern Tier from Owego to just west of Corning.
