Tropical Delight is an affordable Puerto Rican restaurant in the Market District. From the Democrat and Chronicle:
Meals are served cafeteria style and start at $5 for a small plate for your choice of meat or fish with rice and beans. Specialties rotate daily with dishes such as stewed chicken, roast pork and fried fish. The empandas are $2 each and come in flavors such as beef and plantain, chicken and cheese, beef and vegetarian styles such as four cheese.
