Tumbleweed Ink is a tattoo parlor in Pearl-Meigs-Monroe. The original owner is Chuck "Tumbleweed" Alongi, who has been a professional tattoo artist for over nine years and has worked with celebrities in Hollywood. He moved back to California in mid-2015 and moved back to Rochester September 2016.
Chuck now has a private studio on an appointment only basis.
