Union Square will be include one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with rents ranging from $733-$1,475. Apartments will be affordable to households with a broad range of incomes. In September 2018, Trillium Health received a conditional award for 20 supportive housing units through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative. The remaining units will be targeted as follows: 26 units at or below 60%; 6 units at or below 90%; and 14 units at or below 130% of Rochester’s AMI. A pharmacy is planned in the retail space.
