United Carpet is a carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile store located on Culver Road between East Avenue and University Avenue. The store is locally owned but part of a flooring retail group (500-stores nationwide) so they guarantee low prices on thousands of carpet types and other flooring options.
United Carpet was originally located across from Pittsford Plaza in Teschner's Paint & Decorating Center's old space (before Teschner moved to Canandaigua). They moved to their current location next to Wisteria Flowers and Gifts, in 2011. Their current location was previously the home of Antiek Journeys, which has moved to the Hungerford Building.
