Munro House is just one of the six suite-style housing buildings for undergraduate students located in the David Jayne Hill Court at the University of Rochester. This residence hall complex is the newest to be constructed on the River Campus.
The complex is named after David Jayne Hill, the second president of the University, who served from 1889 to 1896. The buildings of Hill Court are interconnected by a tunnel system that runs underground. The University provides a great description and map.
Other upper-classmen housing remains on the other side of the River Campus on the Residential Quad and includes buildings such as Tiernan and Burton Hall. Also included in upperclassman housing in the University's newest addition, RiverView Complex, located a short distance across the footbridge.
