Upper Falls is a city neighborhood so named for its proximity to the High Falls. It is on the opposite side of the Genesee River from the High Falls District and home to the High Falls Brewing Company, as well as some light industry.
The stations for Amtrak and Greyhound are located on the neighborhood's very edge, within quick walking distance from downtown. Green spaces include Baden Park, Conkey Corner Park, Lomb Memorial Park, and Quamina Park.
Unfortunately, Upper Falls is considered part of Rochester's Crescent of Poverty. It does, however, share La Avenida with Group 14621.
