The Upper South Plymouth Neighborhood Association (USPNA) serves residents and business owners on and around South Plymouth Avenue, in the southern portion of PLEX and part of Brooks Landing. One of their activities is Movie Night.
The USPNA was founded in 2015. It is a separate organization from the Plymouth-Exchange Neighborhood Association.
