2010-12-27 16:05:51 **AVOID THE JEFFERSON ROAD LOCATION**. They don't replace parts on your car that they were responsible for damaging/losing (ie the Oil Cap). The Manager was totally unaccepting that it was their fault even though I could prove it. —PeteB
