Village Vape Or Smoke is a smoke shop owned by father and son duo, Mark Landon and Mark Landon Jr that is located near the intersection of Route 250 and Main Street in the Village of Webster. They sell vaporizers, cigars, and "glass".
Both the Smoke and Vape Shops have lounges with TVs and couches.

2014-02-10 07:12:52 Horrible experience. After smoking a cigar with another regular patron that he had purchased for me I was told that I also needed to purchase a cigar to be able to smoke there. I bought enough cigars there to fill a house! The employee was rude, condescending and embarrassed me
