Visions Federal Credit Union is a credit union founded in the Southern Tier of New York in 1966. They currently have over 30 locations throughout the Southern Tier, Central NY, Northern Pennsylvania, and Northern New Jersey.
The first Rochester location was opened in 2011. A second area location is being planned for the Brooks Landing area, across from the planned Flats at Brooks Landing.
