2008-07-11 19:44:53   I have DirecTV and an HD TV. Your station, according to DirecTV is not broadcasting in HD and that is why I cannot receive Fox in HD. I am a baseball fan and am frustrated the All Star game is on FOX and I cannot enjoy it in HD. When is your station going to join the 21st Century and make yourself available in HD to all customers in the Rochester area? Are you just biased against customers who use DirecTV rather than TW cable? —HarrietZunno

2008-07-11 20:03:33   I can't speak to Rochester directly (as I have neither DirecTV nor HD there), but at least in another, similarly-sized market, local HD over DirecTV blows complete and total ass and isn't worth fighting for. You might want to consider installing a terrestrial antenna for local HD. It's a modest one-time cost and is awesome enough that I wish DirecTV would stop bothering with local channels via satellite and use the bandwidth for more national HD. But indeed, people would complain about having an antenna on their roof... —Users/RyanTucker

2010-05-24 22:38:21   We lost the last several minutes of The Big Bang Theory tonight. I have no idea if it was our reception, the local station, or national CBS, but it appeared to be a technical difficulty, and as such, ESPECIALLY since it was the season finale, you should have replayed it. I hope to find it on the internet soon. —CydPeace
