2011-04-25 17:31:36 I lived here for a few years (2.5 if I recall correctly.) Expect to pay a lot more in the winter on your RG&E bill. There is very little insulation in their buildings. In my time there I was also attacked once on my way home by a drunken man. Towards the end of my stay, someone stole a package from my front step before I had a chance to pick it up. Overall, not a great experience. Some repairs were done on time, others took a lot longer. Many of these patches never really work well and had to be redone soon after they were complete. They should install proper ventilation in their bathrooms to reduce the amount of mold that can grow and fester in the bathrooms. You will also hear your neighbors through the walls from time to time. —lkb
