It was decided that issues of profanity and inappropriate postings will be addressed on a individual basis. Admins reserve the right to move postings to a separate page until discussion has occurred.

• Concern over comment posted on SoHo Bagel Cafe: RichardSarkis

This issue has been handled between PeteB and RichardSarkis. It was revealed that RichardSarkis is related to the owner and that he voluntarily edited his post. Closed matter.

• T-Shirt Offer Presentations by LCD Productions and Crazy Dog Tshirts

Crazy Dog Tshirts were invited but did not show.

We welcomed LCD Productions to the meeting. LCD Productions came bearing gifts which is always appreciated. They have a number of options available for us. They gave us 3 free tshirts—the logo from one which will be submitted in the RocWiki Logo Contest because it caused those in attendance to drool on sight. Great people! They have promised the prices will be lower then the current Zazzle offerings. After a unanimous agreement, they are now the official RocWiki T-Shirt providers!

• Judging of RocWiki Logo Contest

All entries were looked over by the attendees. Some were ruled out due to copyright issues—specifically the stylized characters used by local businesses. Entries using the cities' flower symbol were kept in and TonyKarakashian will contact the city about permission to use. Due to this it was decided that another round of voting would be needed in October. Otherwise a round of voting occured by a simple Yes/No method. Thank you for all the entries.

• Some type of script to automate updating links (update) & LocalWiki (update) - TABLED due to RyanTucker not being able to attend.

• RocCity 2.0

TonyKarakashian attended to speak about RocCity 2.0. Due to some family matters, his plans have been delayed. He will be helping us with some issues in the RocWiki Logo Contest and those entries using the city's flower symbol.

• Business Spotlight of the Month (update)

PeteB has filled up the remainder of 2012. LCD Productions will be the January 2012 BSOM.

• How do we make the BSOM more visible? Further discussion ScottHendler —TABLED as Scott could not be in attendance.
