Yarn Culture is a yarn shop in Fairport with an online presence. They carry a few artisan products and none of the larger brands. You can find qiviut (muskox hair), blue jeans, silk, wool, and metal fibres in the store and on the website. In general, the brands are not available at any of the other Rochester yarn stores. The store also sells a selection of quality needles and other tools.
Classes are available on Friday afternoons for a $15 fee. See the website for class dates and times.
Yarn Culture opened for retail sales in late October 2013, and held a grand opening on November 15th.
