Shadow Lake is a public golf and racquet club on Five Mile Line Road in Penfield, featuring two separate golf courses: an 18 hole par 71 course, and a 9 hole executive course. The course was designed by local golf course architect Pete Craig. They also have a bar and restaurant called The Grill and Tap Room at Shadow Lake. This also serves as a banquet hall and is a popular place for weddings.

2012-05-18 13:17:23 Shadow :ale is a pretty place, great golf, poor service and even worse food. The Chef does not know how to cook. Had some of the worst food ever and the Chef's explaination for why the food was cold, poorly prepared, oddly seasoned, etc... was rediculous - he clearly is inexperienced. Management seemed to be non-exisitant. Avoid at all costs. —Sister1040
