2013-01-04 15:59:57   I would recommend steering clear from this place. They charge you to put free programs on your PC that can be found anywhere and ran yourself. Not a good place. —BillR45

2013-02-11 10:32:04   I am the owner of Computer Works Pro, and we do not charge customers to put free programs on their computer. We charge customers a fee to perform a service on their computer for things like repairs, upgrades or a PC cleanup, tuneup or virus removal. In the process of performing that service, we install industry standard shareware programs (such as MalwareBytes or SpyBot) for the customer to utilize to keep their computer clean once they take it home. Although it should be noted that this software is free for download and licensed for personal use, it can be purchased by the customer at any time if they choose to do so. On the other hand, we do not force the customer to purchase software that is routinely available for free on the internet. In any event, if BillR45 is unhappy with his service, he should contact us directly for a full refund. —KenC

2014-03-04 09:34:15   I endorse Ken Corpus & Computer Works Pro 100%. I have used Ken from the beginning days of my business over 10 years ago through today and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their work product and what I believe is extremely competitive pricing. I have referred other small businesses and professionals to Ken over the years and they are all still using his services. I even referred my attorney to Ken and she now uses him exclusively... and she is not easy to please. —JohnLaScala
