2006-12-13 21:07:38 A friend and I hang out at the Henrietta one every week; we refer to it as "the office". Quite decent food, free wi-fi that works, and a reasonable hang-out atmosphere that's not excessively chain-like. —RufoSanchez
2006-12-14 17:36:46 Looks like one is coming to 12 corners also! —JcPop
2006-12-14 23:13:00 On a hot summer day, the fresh lemonade is the best drink available in Henrietta. —DennisWurster
2006-12-20 15:16:44 Hylan Drive location is a hive of yuppie scum and villany. Well, mostly just RIT kids, really. But the food is pretty decent. If only the hot paninis were customizable. Not everyone likes them as they come, Panera! —JhirkFace
2007-04-06 00:47:42 Panera is now officially the yuppy version of McDonald's. They're springing up everywhere and despite the lack of a deep fryer in the kitchen, the food's actually not all that healthy (see their website for nutrition facts). To be fair, the food tastes good, though for some reason the more you have it the less appealing it becomes. The Marketplace location is super-disorganized. No matter how far in advance you call with your order, plan on waiting 10 minutes when you get there for them to finally get around to it. —WegmansFiend
2007-10-08 21:37:54 Rufo got me hooked on the Crispani's. Light, simple, delicious. Only served after 4 PM though. Excellent free wi-fi. —KevinKondo
2007-10-09 16:40:21 I loved eating at Panera when I was a student in Pittsburgh, and then when I was working in Henrietta. I liked to get some extra crusty bread and one of their soups for lunch, it was always tasty and filling. I'm a pretty picky eater, but there are tons of things I like from the menu! Their desserts look yummy, but I've never tried them (or the Crispani!). Sadly, there is not one near me where I work/live. —SaraChristine
2007-10-24 08:30:53 I'm just going to mention I think the ROC Panera locations have gone *slightly* downhill. The food seemed to be better, the wifi wasn't anywhere near as spotty as it is now, and the service seemed a bit friendlier. Not horrible, by any means (and I still wind up going about once a week or more) but I don't have quite the same warm fuzzy glow I did when I first started going. —RufoSanchez
2007-11-08 14:42:45 For a fast casual chain this is not the worst food in the world. If you are in a hurry and dont require table service this is a good choice for good soup and sandwiches. —MrRochester
2007-11-25 15:17:21 I like the sandwiches here, but the soups are always quite salty. —MarcVera
