-10-25 21:56:10   Cool store with an abundance of choice. They were highly recommended as a place to find glass for a kitchen cabinet door. I found a piece of German restoration glass that is awesome. They cut the glass and mounted it in two days. I found the employees very accommodating. Plus if you are a cat lover, you should feel right at home. They have at least two cats that freely roam around the store. —ScottHendler

-01-03 04:32:26   Terrible store. The guy I spoke with, Chuck something or the other, was rude, unhelpful, and generally repulsive. You'd have to pay me to ever set foot back inside this hellhole. —CoryChristian

-03-29 18:58:48   Went to get some glass to do the job myself and found out that they do the repairs. They were very helpful and quick about the repairs. Saved me tons of time. Best customer service and very friendly. I like the fact that they carried other vendors goods there because I was able to pickup some items for my family as gifts. —Jorge

-07-16 09:49:57   I have to say that I am very disappointed with my first visit to Milestones. I was referred to Milestones by another very reputable business and asked to speak directly with a man by the name of Chuck regading my needs. When I entered Milestones, I greeted the woman behind the desk and asked for Chuck. She asked "why?" I can help you. I again asked for Chuck. She said "He's busy". I asked when will he be available? She asked "why, I can help you". At that point I indicated that I would pass and left. She put her head down and said "fine" and went about her business as if she could have cared less! This is very very poor customer service and this woman is very, very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, they lost a very significant order from me.

-10-07 16:26:23   Milestone Glass is phenomenal for customer satisfaction, variety of glass and supplies (like being a kid in a candy store) and offer the best repair service around. They can fix just about anything. I once witnessed glass being fused to replace a piece of antique glass that is no longer availble in order to match the rest of the door being repaired. Above and beyond- no one else would have done that to make a customer happy. These people will do anything humanly possible to help you. I have gotten more advice over the years than any other source. They have helped me to achieve my goals and more. If one person is busy the other CAN AND WILL help you if you let them. One can be busy teaching or in the middle of a tough repair. To those who have not been patient you have lost a most valuable resource of dedicated caring people who offer their advice, expertise, talent and a huge variety of glass and supplies at great prices. They have hundreds of regular customers and students to prove it. —JeneneHeyer

-10-24 00:05:54   Great selection of glass products and excellent classes for beginners as well as the more advanced. Open on weekends, too, for people to work on independent projects with the help of the owners. They really know what they are talking about. Yea, Chuck's a little rough around the edges, but he's really just a big old teddy bear. Besides, which would you rather have; cute and cuddly or quality products and workmanship? —StaceyR
