2008-02-29 08:12:00 Had a problem with a bad hard drive on a Powerbook I had just purchased (used) last year - they handled it quickly and with no problems - even transferring the AppleCare from the prior owner to me was totally painless. —ScottTaylor
2008-10-21 15:53:53 My Macbook laptop started giving me problems a couple of months ago, and eventually the battery stopped charging. I had bought the Applecare (extended warranty) when I bought the laptop, so I was hoping I'd be covered. I took my computer the the Apple Store, dropped it off overnight, and they fixed it and replaced the battery and the keyboard which had a small crack in it, all for no charge. I was very pleased with their service. —AlexanderGartley
2009-09-27 18:00:08 Poor service, poor attitude, can't (or won't) solve problems. Manager was very unhelpful. An unpleasant and frustrating experience for what should have been a simple, straight forward repair. Very unhappy with this store's service. —diane.glass1@verizon.com
