Bridge Square is a $7 million redevelopment of the former Josh Lofton High School in the Cascade District near the Nothnagle Realtors' downtown headquarters.
The four-story, 53,000-square-foot building will consist of 24 lofts on the upper two floors, corporate headquarters for Passero Associates and space for a commercial or retail tenant on the first two floors.
