The Feldenkrais method is an alternative medicine therapy

The method consists "of a series of classes that allows the body to move and function more efficiently and comfortably. The goal of the classes is to re-educate the body to improve motor ability, relieve pressure on joints, and allow the body to heal repetitive strain injuries. Use of the method can relieve pain and lead to higher standards of achievement in sports, musical performance, martial arts, dancing, running, walking, and other physical activities.
