2016-10-27 15:52:38 Had a very bad experience with them. Made an appointment for a service call and they never showed. Called to see what was going on and the service manager said the service guy called in sick. Asked why no one called us to tell us the appointment wasn't going to happen and he got mad and started ranting on how he didn't have time for that, he had a business to run. It was completely out of the blue. He hung up on me. Called the sales manager that had helped with the original purchase, the guy who fawned over us when we were buying something from them and he didn't care. Terrible customer service, never dealing with them again. —badfish
