Honeoye Falls Distillery

Founded in September 2014, Honeoye Falls Distillery, LLC was a class A microdistillery and a class D farm distillery located in Honeoye Falls. They produced a broad array of distilled spirits including whiskies, gin, vodka, and absinthe. They served a full menu of food and cocktails at their facility.

They opened production of distilled spirits in June of 2015 and ceased in December 2019. Their restaurant continued on through 2020, with the business closing in its entirety in 2023.
