The screenshot from Google Maps recently added could be problematic as the original image that was edited had multiple embedded Copyright notices from Google and others.

In the past I have tried to limit the Google screenshot data to segments of Google-allowed embedded map data and tried to keep some portion of the Copyright notice recognizable. The image should be small enough to come somewhere close to a "thumbnail" which would be "fair use". The label really needs to have the link provided by Google as part of their allowed embedded map. —BradMandell

I think this example would pass muster from copyright infringement complaints - since it is allowed embedded, has not been modified, is close to a large thumbnail and has the link requested by Google.
