2014-06-12 01:08:36 I specifically removed the reference to "white flight" as some people find it offensive. It implies racism and prejudice as a motive for leaving an area. I also stand by the removal of "absentee landlords" and I don't expect it to be added back in without citation. —badfish
2014-06-12 07:15:41 "White flight" is a well-documented phenomenon and yes, a good portion of it was rooted in racism. I'm sorry reality makes you uncomfortable. —EileenF
