2008-07-11 15:10:25 So guys, you know, if people are worried about getting sued, you don't need to be worried so much about business owners who are pissed off about their content getting removed (I've never heard of anything in civil law about "denial of free advertising"), but rather more about what is said about living people. I hope this "evil eyes" thing is true, otherwise, you know, it could be construed as libelous against this Jeremy Perkins guy... I dunno, maybe I'm overly paranoid, but I'd be way more worried about this than that Antmore guy. —JaySweet
2008-07-11 15:25:35 @JaySweet: If you read Jeremy's statement to the police, which is linked on the Jeremy Perkins page, you will see that Jeremy himself said he believed his mother's eyes were evil and therefore tried to remove one of them.
On an unrelated note, reading those court documents was quite emotionally upsetting. Despite living in a violent world, those are tough documents to read. —AlexanderGartley
